well-maintained room with exceptionally comfortable bed and smoke detectors for safety measures. comfortable decor of the room. magnificent central location, close enough to the markets and street food which was delicious and very very good value as well as chiang mai good option. also, in the desert. free parking onsite provided. everything excellent.

This place is located in a peaceful area yet centrally situated close to riverside eateries, bars, and local markets, with the added bonus of having Brothers Bar & Grill nearby as a fantastic spot to relax.

The place was SPECIAL and had very attentive and highly courteous staff with great service, loved the stay. The location was great and convenient, next to peaceful location minutes from restaurants and the bridge that leads directly to the old city, in a very quiet area.

The breakfast was decent, serving up tasty bread and bacon 🥓. the hotel is conveniently located close to shops and restaurants, making it easy to explore the area.

Everything was simply spotless. Had a memorable stay for 3 nights. Marvellous location and overall the staff was impeccable and kind. There was a great restaurant, a market and a small store next door.

Good location to discover Chiang Mai. Friendliness of staff. Good breakfast choices. Hotel own transport to town.

Bar service was not available at quoted times (until 10.30 p.m.). We tried to order a bottle of wine one evening at 10 p.m. and this was not possible. Tried next day for another evening. Staff was helpful and we managed. Asked staff to help with a flight regarding change of seats - we were told to use the internet.

The room was large and functional with a lovely view. Breakfast was enjoyable. the hotel is centrally located close to main sights. Conveniently close to transport to local markets, the night bazaar, and restaurants and bars.

The hotel has a marvelous and super location right by the center of town, within easy reach of local markets and street food. the breakfast included cooked omelettes and meats, which was quite satisfactory. the property was situated around a 10-15 minute walk from the Church of the Living Word.

The room was well-appointed and functional, with coffee/tea makers and a refrigerator, perfect for enjoying breakfast and having a very relaxing stay thanks to the great service provided.

The hotel is housed in a clean, beautiful building conveniently located within walking distance to the night market; the double room is lovely and breakfast is delicious.

The room was elegant and immaculate with a good bathroom. the location was super, overlooking swimming pool. There were a market and a small store around the hotel.

The breakfasts were abundant with omelettes and bacon. My superior king room was well-appointed where breakfast is enjoyed. - the location was perfect because it was close enough to peaceful location minutes from restaurants, the center, night markets, and river dining.
